Competition Eligibility – Important

Saturday competitions are restricted to Ashgrove Golf Club members only.

On other competition days, members may invite one guest to play in the competition subject to the following:

• The host member must play in the same group as their guest.
• The guest must hold a valid Golf Australia Golf ID.
• The guest sign-in register must be completed prior to play.
• Member guest and competition fees apply.

Guests who do not meet these requirements may be permitted to play socially only, subject to tee time availability, and will not be included in competition results or prizes.

Ashgrove Golf Club welcomes families, children and junior golfers and supports junior participation through safe, supervised and age-appropriate pathways.

A golf course presents foreseeable risks, including golf balls in play, golf carts, water hazards, uneven ground, wildlife, maintenance activity and changing weather conditions.

This policy is intended to reduce avoidable risk and provide clear guidance to members, guests, visitors and staff.
